Welcome to the new 2008 Season!
Mt. Hamilton 2008 season is here for recreation and competitive
teams.
Volunteer coaches are welcome at all levels. Volunteers
for Mt. Hamilton Youth Soccer League can be reached by phone at
(408) 238-SOCR or by email.
2008 Spring Season
The Spring 2008 Season runs from April 14th through Juneof 2008.
2008 Fall Season
The Fall 2008 Season runs from September through November of 2008.

The following are dates and location for the 2008 Fall Recreation Season:
The 2008 Fall Recreation Season Registration will
be on a WALK-IN basis only. No Online Registration. Please come to one of the walk-in dates listed
below.

Fees:
- U6* thru U8 - $115.00
- U10 thru U18 - $120.00
There is a $10 discount is applied for each sibling.
*U6 players must be 4 years old by September 1, 2008.

. U6 players must be 4 years old by 9/01/05. Other age groups
must be under that age by 7/31/05.
Note: If you have more than one child playing,
you may write one check for the total amount. If you're not sure
of the amount, email us and we'll
figure it out for you. If your payment is incorrect or photo is
missing or not acceptable, your form will be returned to you and
may delay your child's registration.

Completed Registration Form:
Do not fill in the top box of the registration form.
Please completely fill in the form legibly and carefully. The parent
or guardian must complete and sign two places (indicated by "IMPORTANT"
in one box and "CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT (MINOR)" on the bottom
left of the form.
Picture:
- 1"w X 1"h photograph of your chid. The photo must
be this size or it will be rejected at registration. We will not
accept large photos. The photo must be from the shoulders up and
cannot entirely be the child's face. Photocopies of photos, Polaroid,
laminated photos, photos with hats or sunglasses, or photos larger
than 1"w x1"h will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right
to refuse the application until an acceptable photo is provided.
Birth Certificate:
All NEW players must
submit proof of age. A birth certificate, passport, alien registration
card etc., are acceptable. Please bring a photocopy to submit at
registration, the photocopy will be kept on file by the league.
But we must verify the birth date with the original birth certificate
at registration.
If you are a RETURNING
player to Mt. Hamilton Recreation please bring a copy of your child's
birth certificate or passport even if he or she has played in previous
season (that we can keep).
Refund Policy:
No Refunds given
unless a player cannot be placed on a team. Mt. Hamilton YSL reserves
the right to place players on teams. There is NO
guarantee that a player will be placed on a specific team with other
specific players or coaches.
Practice Days, Times & Locations::
Team coaches decide the practice days, times and field
location based on the coaches schedule and availability. All players
will be contacted by their respective coaches regarding practice
and games.
Recreation Player Team Placement Policy:
- There is NO guarantee that
a player will be placed on a specific team with other specific
players or coaches. You are only allowed your son or daughter
to be placed on the team you coach plus one other requested player.
The only exceptions are twins (and other multiple births).
- There are No Refunds unless
a player cannot be placed on a team.
- MHYSL reserves the right to place players on teams.
- Volunteer coaches determine dates, times and place of practices
(there will be No Refunds given due to conflict of schedules).
- MHYSL reserves the right to refuse an application without the
required registration documents listed above, fees or registration
form.
Late Registration:
There is NO late
registration. You must attend one of the scheduled registration
dates listed above.

Spring Competitive/Select Registration Dates & Information |
To register your team to play either in Select or
Competitive CYSA District II 2008 Spring Season please go to the
D2 Spring League Website
and click on the "Register Now" button on the web site
Completing The Registration Packet
Once you have registered your team with CYSA
District II you will need to do the following in order to complete
the registration process with Mt. Hamilton Youth Soccer League.
- Registration details for Delgado
and Abronzino
Fall 2008 are not yet available. Please check back for details.
- Print out the completed Team CYSA District II on-line registration
form. Two copies are needed.
- Two checks, one made payable to CYSA for $250.00 and the other
payable to MHYSL for $825.00 (that includes MHYSL fees and referees
fee based on 5 home games)
- Also if your team has any new players that did not play
in the Fall 2004 Season they need to fill out a CYSA Player Registration
Form, provide a copy of their birth certificate, provide a 1"w
X 1-1/2"h photograph, and pay a registration fee of $25.00
payable to MHYSL for each new player.
Once you have gathered all the necessary paperwork
you will need to submit the Registration Packet to the MHYSL Comp
Registrar Cheryl Baker
As a part of the registration packet for all Comp/Select
Teams a check for $100.00 payable to MHYSL for District 2 Cup Volunteer
Fee must also be submitted. If members from a team volunteer and
work District 2 Cup the check will be refunded back to the team.
If a team does not send volunteers for District 2 Cup the league
will use the fee to offset volunteer costs.
